Kyle Webster brings nearly 10 years of experience in real estate, finance and sales to every transaction. He is deeply committed to excellent customer service and hard work. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships through clear and transparent communication. As the Founder / CEO of real estate investment group, Black Diamond Properties, he has been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning for a number of real estate projects, and knows how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction. His projects have included multi-unit residential acquisitions in East Orange, Newark, Elizabeth and Irvington. Prior to becoming an actively licensed sales person, Kyle worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management on the Institutional Sales and Real Estate Americas Team. He has an extensive knowledge of institutional fundraising and commercial real estate investing. Kyle holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Division 1 athlete. He is a life-long resident of Essex County, New Jersey.
