Vilma Chavez is a licensed Real Estate Agent. Vilma is healthy, single and independent woman who lives in Hackensack NJ. She spends her free time watching documentaries, reading property reviews and traveling to visit her grandchildren.

Real Estate means a lot to Vilma, as she loves networking, getting to know others, especially helping others to find their dream homes. Also, she enjoys learning and obtaining more experience. At her age she has achieved every goal in her life, is a role model and makes anything she dreams possible.

Vilma was born and raised in Chinch Alta - Peru. She came to the United States in 1985 to continue her education and have a better life. She got her GED in 1986, and went to Passaic County Community College to study English and Communications. She graduate in 1994. She continued to gain knowledge in Automatic Office Systems in 1998 and Computerized Accounting at Dover Business College, in 2003. Lastly, she excelled as an Administrative Office Professional in 2018 and in 2019 obtained her Real Estate Pre-Licensing Certification.

Also, she has worked in Passaic as Property Manager, gained experience by resolving tenants complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, completing repairs, plan renovations, advertise vacancies, show units to prospective tenants, negotiate leases and contracts with tenants, collect deposits, etc.
